You have secure new ways to make the most of your Credit Union membership.

Free Anywhere Access Text & Mobile Banking®

Put the power of information at your fingertips to get the fast answers you need to make smarter decisions. Manage your money from your cell phone or another wireless device that has access to the Internet.  This service works with any Web-enabled mobile phone. 

Anywhere Access Text®

After you've registered your wireless device from Internet Banking, you can receive your current account balance and/or your five most recent transactions by text sent to your mobile phone.

1. Enroll in Text Message Banking from within Internet Banking, under “Mobile Banking & Alerts”

2. Click the “Activate” button, enter your mobile phone number and read and accept the Terms and Conditions. You will receive a text confirmation message on your cell phone with your activation code. You will be asked to enter your code as a final step. 
 
  1. 1. Text in requests to have your balance and history texted to you or you can receive a weekly balance text each Friday.
  2. 2. Commands are texted to: 454545
  3. 3. Command Options:  
                    
  • BAL (primary account balance)
  • BAL ALL (all acct balances)
  • BAL CHK (balances of all checking accounts)
  • BAL SAV (balances of all savings accts)
  • LAST (last 5 trans on primary acct)
  • STOP (unenroll from service)
  • HELP (send info on the commands, how to use)
Account information is real-time.

Anywhere Access Mobile Banking®

  1. 1. Enroll in Internet Banking to access the mobile site.
  2. 2. Open a browser on your mobile device and type https://mobile.nmefcu.org   to access the mobile banking home page. 
  3. 3. Click on the text link “Log In.”
  4. 4. Enter your member number and password, and answer the security questions associated with your Credit Union’s security for Internet banking.
  5. 5. After you sign in, select the actions you want to perform from the main menu:
  • View Account Balance
  • View Account Transaction History
  • Transfer Funds Between Accounts
  • Pay Bills
  • View Scheduled Bill Payments
  • Cancel Pending Bill Payments
  • View Bill Payment History

6. From the home page, click on “Find Us” for branch, ATM and Shared branching locations.
7. From the home page, click on “Rates” to view our current rates.

Your mobile banking experience should be very similar to your online banking experience.

Access 24

Call anytime 888-8920

Use our new speech recognition or telephone keypad automated phone service anytime 24/7. The new system offers speech recognition commands so accessing and retrieving information will be quicker than with the old telephone keypad system.
Whether you're at home or on the road, you can keep track of your Credit Union accounts with Access 24. There's no charge for this automated phone service and you can use it 24 hours a day, every day of the year. With a Personal Identification Number, it's easy for you to: make general account inquires, verify checks have been paid, confirm your Visa® Check Card transactions, transfer money between your accounts, and make Credit Union loan payments. The new system also offers added security for your PIN, is customized to each member’s accounts and can interact in Spanish using your telephone keypad.
