Anywhere Access Text - Frequently Asked Questions

1.  How do I register for text messaging?
On the home page of our website,
www.nmefcu.org, click on the icon for Anywhere Access Mobile at the top right.  On the linked page, click on "Register Now" under Anywhere Access Text.  During the registration process, you will select a PIN for text banking.

2.  What account information can I obtain through
Anywhere Access Text?
You can view your current account balance and/or the last three transactions on that account.

3.  Are my transactions secure?
Yes. 
Transactions between the mobile engine are fully encrypted.  Anywhere Access Text contains no sensitive information.

4.  How quickly does a text message go through?
Messages typically go through within a few seconds, although delays of several minutes or more may be experienced depending upon your wireless carrier.

5.  Will a message go though if I have no wireless coverage?
No.

6.  What if I forget my PIN
Log into the web-based text messaging interface from your computer. 
The information is saved there.

7.  What do I do if I have a problem 
Call Member Support at 889-7755 (800-347-2838 from outside the Albuquerque area).

8.  Can I unregister from Anywhere Text?
Yes. 
Simply log into the web-based text messaging interface and remove the information.

9.  If I want to cancel, how do I do that?
Log into the web-based text messaging interface and remove your information.
