ACCESS 24 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Dial 888-8920 (800-356-3178 from outside the Albuquerque area).

2.  Press "1" to interact with Access 24 voice-activated or touch tone service.

3.  Select from your initial choices by voice command, for example:

  • My Accounts                       
  • Rates         
  • PIN Change
  • Help

4. After you have entered your Member Number and Personal Identification Number, you will be asked how Access 24 can assist you. The Quick Reference Voice Commands list below has voice commands that are most frequently used for services that are available through this system.  Simply speak the command slowly and clearly.
