How it works:

To reach Access 24, dial 888-8920 (800-356-3178 from outside the Albuquerque area).
Note: You can use both Speech Recognition and Telephone Keypad commands while in the Speech Recognition mode. You can only use the Telephone Keypad options while in Keypad mode; Speech Recognition does not work in Keypad mode.

Once you’ve dialed in and pressed “1,” the Telephone Banking service will answer and say the following:

“Welcome to Access 24 automated phone service. If you would prefer to interact with this application using only your telephone keypad, press 1.” (You will then be asked if you’d like to continue in Spanish.) “Para Español presione 8, otherwise, let’s continue” (continue using Speech Recognition in English).

Tip:  If you are using Speech Recognition in a noisy environment or on a speaker phone, you may experience some difficulty. In these cases, we recommend using your Telephone Keypad.

SPEECH RECOGNITION

If you choose to use Speech Recognition, stay on the line and you will hear the following:
“You've reached our Speech Recognition service. Here's a list of choices. When you hear the one you want, say it” (follow the voice prompts to continue with your session).

  • My Accounts
  • Rates
  • Password Change
