Access 24 telephone banking is available using either speech recognition or telephone touch tone.
Dial 888-8920 (800-356-3178 from outside the Albuquerque area) and press "1" to interact with the telephone banking system.
For telephone keypad service press “1”
Choose from the following options:
To Access your Account press “1”
For Rates press “2”
To speak with a Member Service Representative press “0”
To Exit press star “*”

After you have entered your Member Number and Personal Identification Number, you will be asked how Access 24 can assist you.
