Members Can Now Make Stop Check Payments through Internet Banking
 
Members now have the ability to stop paper check payments through Anywhere Access Internet Banking.
 
These are the simple steps:
 
1. Login to Internet Banking
 
2. In Account Access, below the orange menu bar, click on "Stop Pay”
 
3. Follow the prompts to select an account and check number to stop payment.
 
 
These screen shots show the step by step process for using the new “Stop Pay” feature within Anywhere Access Internet Banking.
 

Step One: Sign in to your online account and click “Stop Pay” from sub-menu bar.

Step Two: Follow the instructions by filling in the boxes with the correct check information.

 

Step Three: Confirm the information you entered and click “Confrim Check Stop” or “Cancel” to reenter the correct info.

Q: What is the charge for a check stop payment made in the branch or online?
 A: The Stop Payment fee is the standard non-refundable $20.00 fee.
 
Q: How long does it take for a check stop payment to take effect?
A: It takes up to 24 hours for a check stop payment to take effect.
