Anywhere Access Text - Frequently Asked Questions

How do I sign up for Anywhere Text service?
On our new website, if you are already registered for Anywhere Access (previously PC Connection Internet Banking), simply sign into the text messaging interface URL: https://my.mshift.com/sms/nmefculinkpage.html.  On your first visit, you can register the wireless device(s) you plan to use (Web-enabled cell phones or PDA's).

2. What if I've forgotten my PIN?
Log into https://my.mshift.com/sms/nmefculinkpage.html.  The information is saved there for you.

How quickly do I receive a text with my balance and / or last three transactions?
Text messages typically go through within seconds, although delays of 30 minutes may be experienced depending upon your particular wireless carrier.

4. Does the message go through if I have no coverage at the time I send a text message?
No.  You have to send messages when your wireless device indicates that you have coverage.

5. How do I unregister for Anywhere Text service?
Simply log into https://my.mshift.com/sms/nmefculinkpage.html and delete your information.

6. Can I call from any mobile or home phone?
No. You have to call from the phone you registered with online.

Will I receive one text with all information I have requested?
No. For your savings and checking account balance you will receive one text. For your last three checking transactions you will receive another text and if you have an IRA or CD you will receive a third text with the account balance of that as well.
