Attention Nonprofit Organizations

Apply to Become a Beneficiary of Our Community Rewards Program

To be considered as a beneficiary your organization must provide service in one of these cities:

  • Albuquerque
  • Belen
  • Bernalillo
  • Los Lunas
  • Moriarty
  • Rio Rancho
  • Santa Fe
  • Socorro
  • Taos

Second, your organization must provide service in one of these categories:

  • Education
  • Healthcare
  • The Arts
  • Environment and Wildlife
  • Community Support

If you meet both these criteria, please provide this basic information:

  • Your organization's name.
  • The name and phone number of a contact person.
  • Your email address and postal mailing address.
  • Please indicate which category and community you are applying to support.
  • The purpose or mission of your organization.
  • Who is served by your organization.
  • How many individuals directly benefit from your services in the community you serve.
  • How any monies received though the Community Rewards Program would be used to support your cause.
