Successfully managing your finances means always knowing where you stand with your funds.  That's why New Mexico Educators Federal Credit Union offers our members Anywhere Access - the secure electronic way to keep track of your money anytime, anywhere via the Internet.

In 1996, New Mexico Educators Federal Credit Union was the first New Mexico-based financial institution to offer online banking.  Since then, we've added many features to make our members' financial lives even easier, including:

  • Quick transfer of funds between accounts.
  • View and print out images of checks paid.
  • Bill Payer lets you pay bills securely online and manage your payment lists quickly and easily.
  • Online statements so you can review the transaction history of your accounts.
  • Change the mailing address for your accounts instantly online. FAQS.

Enjoy personal assistance by phone with no fee.  Simply call Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time).  Our specially trained telephone representatives can help you with virtually any transaction - and get you started on a loan application.

Secure Chat
While you're using Internet Banking, you can have a real-time chat conversation with specially trained Credit Union representatives who will answer your questions and assist you with transactions and opening new accounts - Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Enhanced Telephone Banking Service for Your Added Convenience
Whether you're at home or on the road, you can easily keep track of your Credit Union accounts with Access 24. There's no charge for this automated phone service with both Speech Recognition and Telephone Keypad options  and you can use it 24 hours a day.
 
With a password, you can:
  • make general account inquiries,
  • verify checks have been paid,
  • confirm your Visa® Check Card transactions,
  • transfer money between your accounts, and
  • make Credit Union loan payments.
 
The system is now customized to each member’s accounts and it can be accessed in Spanish.
 
Access 24 – Telephone Banking Options
Use the Speech Recognition feature or use your Telephone’s Keypad. Both options are easy to use; simply follow the prompts. You will need your member number and password. If you do not know either of these numbers, contact an Anywhere Advisor by calling 889-7755 (800-347-2838 from outside the Albuquerque area), Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time).

After you've registered your wireless device at www.nmefcu.org, call toll-free 1-866-545-1564 from the registered phone and you can request your current account balance and/or your three most recent transactions by text sent to your mobile phone. Click here for more information.

 

Anywhere Deposit
When you're pressed for time, there's no need to visit one of our branch offices or a CU Anytime ATM to make check deposits.  You can now deposit checks online with a computer and scanner at your home, office, or any other place you have secure Internet Access. Click here for more information.

Anywhere Appointment

Whenever you want to meet face-to-face with one of our Financial Consultants, you can save time by scheduling your appointment in advance online.  Just click on the "Anywhere Appointment" icon at the top right of the home page of our website. You'll reach an interactive form where you can select the branch that's most convenient for you, the day and time of your meeting, and even the particular Financial Consultant you would like to see. You can also help us assist you more quickly by stating exactly what you'd like to accomplish during your branch visit.
