Changing Your Address Records through Anywhere Access Internet Banking

Q.  How soon should I notify my Credit Union when I change my address?
A.  You should notify us as soon as you are receiving mail at a new physical address or Post Office Box. This will help reduce the chance that mail containing your personal financial information is stolen and used to steal your identity or use your accounts fraudulently.
 
Q. How do I update my account address records online?
A. Follow these simple steps:
            1. At the top right of our Internet Banking welcome page, click on "User
                Options."   
            2. Click on "Change Postal Address."
            3. Follow the prompts to enter your new mailing address.
 
Q.  Will all my accounts at New Mexico Educators Federal Credit Union be updated with my new address?
A.  Yes, one notification will correct the mailing address for all your accounts -- checking, savings, investments, loans, etc.
 
Q:  Do I have to go into a branch to let the Credit Union know about my address changing?
A:  No, if you use Internet Banking, you can submit your address change there.
 
Q. What are the advantages of changing my address through Anywhere Access Internet Banking?
A. You can change your address anytime 24/7 without having to visit a branch office, call in or mail in your request. It’s an instant solution to a very important matter.
 
Q:  How do I change my address through Anywhere Access Internet Banking?
A:  The steps are as follows:
  • Sign into your account at Internet Banking on our website.
  • At the top of the "welcome" page, click on "User Options."
  • Click on "Change Postal Address" and follow the prompts for entering your information.
 
Q:  How long until my address changes takes affect?
A: Your address change takes effect immediately after you complete the online process described above.
 
Q.  Once I change my mailing address through Internet Banking, can I immediately use the new zip code for my Visa® Check Card (debit card) at pay-at-the-pump terminals?
A.  No, please allow 24 business hours for the address to be updated for your debit card.
